Are you spreading misinformation on purpose, or do you simply not understand what you're talking about? If you first use electrolysis to break down water and then burn the thus obtained hydrogen and oxygen, you get a net zero energy balance -- under ideal circumstances, .i.e. 100% efficiency (in reality it will be far lower). So this can quite obviously not work.
