Excuse me for being so blunt, but this is a big pile of pseudo-scientific nonsense. All these number games with frequencies use comparisons to physical quantities which have arbitrary units (e.g. Hz) and arbitrary numerical systems (e.g. base-10 numbers). You could express the same frequencies for instance in a base-7 system and units of inverse lunar months. You would get completely different numbers, but the representation of the quantities would be just as valid as the one we are used to.
