By the way, I also stumbled across that black hole article. At first I thought it was supposed to be satire, but then I realized the guy is probably serious.

I don't agree with what you said about LinkedIn. From what I've seen, people are scared out of their pants because their employer or potential business partners could disagree with something they say on LinkedIn. So most people there stay away from political topics and show no sense of humor at all. It just doesn't reflect the true personality of people and keeps discussions rather superficial.
